We are thrilled to announce the launch of Hope Haven, a new program designed to support expecting and parenting families in the South Bay. Funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Hope Haven will provide safe and supportive housing in scattered-site apartments in Hawthorne and Lawndale for 12 families annually, ages 16-21, up to18 months. This program addresses a critical need in our community by supporting positive birth experiences, empowering parents to successfully rear their children, and helping families overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. We are incredibly grateful to our community partners, including property owners who are providing housing and generous sponsors who are supporting families.
