Since College Signing Day’s inception, Sanctuary of Hope (SOH) has participated in the Reach Higher Campaign that encourages young people to pursue higher education. This year, Sanctuary of Hope staff and community partners offered reflections of college and college life.
College Signing Day prepares young people for an experience of a lifetime. In college, students can forge bonds, be exposed to careers, build relationship capital, and become more self-aware. Sanctuary of Hope firmly believes that education is the pathway out of poverty; and the route to educational success begins with one huge step of investing in “self”.
