Sanctuary of Hope is proud to host the rescheduled screening of The Dash That Made the Difference in partnership with LIVE FREE California and SCLC Southern California.

This powerful film reflects on grassroots organizing from Lowndes County, Alabama and explores how those lessons continue to shape youth-led movements in Los Angeles today.

This is more than a screening.
It is a community gathering rooted in legacy, leadership, and action.

From the courageous fight for voting rights in Alabama to transformational youth organizing across Los Angeles, this evening will connect history to the present moment — and remind us that every generation carries the work forward.
