At Sanctuary of Hope, we believe young adults deserve safe spaces to connect, relax, and just be themselves. That’s why we launched Grill & Chill — a free monthly cookout designed for young people ages 16–25.

Grill & Chill is more than food off the grill. It’s about creating community. Each month, young adults gather to meet new people, share stories, laugh out loud, and have real conversations about life. Whether it’s navigating school, work, relationships, or just the ups and downs of growing up, Grill & Chill offers a welcoming space where you can talk openly — and know you’ll be heard.

What You Can Expect

  • Good Food: Fresh off the grill, free for everyone.
  • Great People: Meet other young adults in a laid-back, friendly environment.
  • Real Talk: Honest conversations, support, and encouragement from peers and mentors who care.

Grill & Chill isn’t a program — it’s a movement. It’s about building connections, finding support, and knowing you don’t have to go through life alone.

Who It’s For

If you’re between 16 and 25, Grill & Chill is for you. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, get support, or just hang out and enjoy some good food, you’ll find your place here.

Why It Matters

Young adulthood is full of big decisions and big changes. Sometimes it’s exciting, and sometimes it’s overwhelming. Sanctuary of Hope created Grill & Chill because we know that when young people come together — with food, laughter, and honest conversation — powerful things happen.

Community grows. Confidence builds. And hope shines brighter.
